Cathy Church’s Photo Centre in Grand Cayman

Cathy Church Photo Shop is a great place to buy Nikon and Olympus Cameras. They do not have alot of Canon camera’s except those that are great for underwater photography. I know for a fact that they sell the Canon G10 because I asked and they sell it with underwater casing in a package.

I am doing a review of this place because they are great for underwater photography equipment. They even do lessons and printing and sell most photography equipments. Also alot of locals come here to buy equipment because they have the lowest prices on the Island.

I bought an Olympus underwater camera from them like 2 years ago and it got busted recently. I bought it in for repairs and I was asked to pay for shipping. Because I dont like not having a compact camera with me, I figured I might as well buy a new one and when I did that they sent my old camera in at no cost. So now I have two underwater cameras.

Anyway – if you live in Grand Cayman or any other Caribbean destination – it would be sacrosant not to have an underwater camera. I bought mine (both) from Cathy’s simply because they have reasonable prices and because they know most of the equipment you would need for any underwater venture may it be snorkeling or deep ocean diving, which I can’t wait to do… (hopefully).

I need to learn to swim properly first and I will do a review on that as soon as my lessons are over.
