Seymours Jerk Chicken Grand Cayman

Seymour’s is located on Shedden Road right in front of a gas station. They sell Jerk chicken, jerk pork and some kind of grilled fish as well as other Caribbean delicacies like festivals, fish tea, rice and beans, etc. I do not know their entire menu because the ONLY thing I order whenever I feel like some jerk is the chicken. What I like about Seymours is the no nonsense food. You go there – tell them what you want and then have it in less than a minute. Hot and ready to eat. Of course that depends on the time as well because this place can get crowded. Its not a dine in place – its a take away place and the crowd comes in the form of a long line.

Whenever I feel lazy and don’t really want to eat anywhere special, I go to Seymour’s for the no-nonsense food. Its just a stall by the side of the road with ample parking so don’t expect anything great except for the authenticity of the Jerk Chicken. I do not have a contact number for them but they are open most days and most hours so just do a drive by whenever you feel like having some real jerk. They are located right in front of the Gas Station on Shedden Road.
