This place has it all. Clean, nice, large suites with great views? check. gorgeous private beach right in front on the property? check. nice palm trees to keep off too much sun? check. and if you get tired of the beach - what about a pool and hot tub? check. check. dvd player with a large screen plasma tv? check. Really - it has everything you could ask for. One could spend an entire very relaxing vacation there without ever leaving the property!

Of course, if you do decide to leave the property, this place also really shines, as their staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the whole island. They told us about all the best places to snorkel (of which, there are a ton! this is grand cayman, after all!), the best places to eat, (as well as the best places to eat cheaply! ;-), and the best places to get groceries. (I'm sure they would have told us the best places for diving too, but none of us was up for that!) They could even recommend times for doing these things (e.g., not on days when cruise ships were in). Really, they are an amazing resource and seemingly available around the clock! You could just really see that the staff of this place really loves the island and really wants to make sure you love it as much as they do before you leave. Really, I can't recommend this place enough!

The Grandview Condominiums were amazing and I would definitely recommend them to anyone traveling to Grand Cayman. The people at the Grandview are mostly composed of residents, which was great because it was like we had our own private island!! They not only had a private beach with plenty of lay-out reclining chairs available but they had a large pool and hot tub. To top it all off, the snorkeling right off the private beach was the best on the island.
I am from Texas and thus used to being friendly, I would definitely say that everyone we met was very warm and welcoming. The employees of the Grandview were very helpful in recommending activities and restaraunts that worked out great!! :) The Grandview was also very safe with security monitoring the premises, but not being at all bothersome to the guests.

The beach is probably one of my favorite types of vacations. One could say I am a sort of a beach connoisseur. I tremendously enjoyed my stay here at the Grandview. Their facilities and private beach were very well kept and the snorkeling directly off of their private beach was superb. I especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub having an unobstructed view of the ocean. The location of our condo was a short distance from Georgetown (local shopping) and was in walking distance from a grocery store which proved very convenient. The owner of the facilities was more their helpful with great advice on places to snorkel and unique dining restaurants. The owner (Max) also scheduled a boat tour for us to sting ray city and other good snorkeling areas with a captain that was a friend of his. This was my favorite day of the trip, and I think most of it was due to our captain being an excellent guide. The facilities were also very safe; there was always a guard within site at night. Overall, I have no complaints, except that the vacation didn't last longer. I give a full recommendation to stay here for anyone planning on visiting the island. Enjoy!

The condo was beautiful. We had the beaches all to ourselves, they were so private. There were plenty of lounge chairs provided and available on the beach and around the pool. The screened-in porch on our unit was excellent for eating breakfast, lunch or supper together overlooking and listening to the beautiful Caribbean waters.

The best part of the entire trip was a LONG boat trip set up for us by Max in the office. We asked Max about the best operator to choose for a snorkeling / Stingray city trip. He quickly calculated how much we would need to spend for our entire party of 8 and said that he may be able to get a private chartered boat for the same price (or less $. He called the boat owner (Daniel Bennett ph. [--]) and worked it out for us to be picked up at the dock about 12:30. We were so excited when the boat Double Trouble showed up since it was so nice. Daniel and his wife Maria took us on a wonderful private snorkeling tour of coral gardens as well as several other spots before finishing at StingRay city and cruising into the port at sunset.. We all had a GREAT time!! Max was right on target in both his recommendation and getting this set up for us. Thanks Max!

Bottom line is this is a great place to stay in Grand Cayman with a wonderful helpful staff.

Wonderful place to stay in Grand Cayman. Property is right on the beach with beautiful grounds. It's located on the southern end of seven mile beach so it's close enough to walk to many places. We rented a car from Andy's car rental on seven mile beach and it was no problem walking to the location to pick it up. We ate at Coconut Joe's one night and had a very good casual dinner. The restaurant is located right next to Andy's car rental. There's also a grocery store within walking distance as well (about 10 minutes) but the prices seemed lower at some other locations if you have a car. A liquor store is a short walk. Just be aware that the 300% tax on beer/wine/liqour causes these items to be much higher than in the USA. A case of beer is about $45 (US).

The two best things about the Grandview are the wonderful helpful staff (especially Max & Kenesha) and the snorkeling in front of and just down the beach from the condo.

Bottom line is that we will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Grand Cayman.

The Grandview is the place to stay. It is fairly priced and the accommodations have always met our expectations and then some. Max and Kenesha are very helpful and more than willing to help you get the most out of your stay. This was our second time staying at The Grandview and we'll definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Although your own transportation is nice to get to other places on the island there are many activities either right at the facility. Georgetown is within a very short walk and some fine snorkeling is right outside your patio door.

I would highly recommend this for your next visit to Grand Cayman.

Grand View is also a great location for a Cayman wedding, Cayman wedding blessing, or Cayman vow-renewal. Many couples chose to say their vows on the beach outside their condo. This is a great part of world-famous Seven Mile Beach, one of the year's wedding hot-spots.

For my first visit to the Grand Cayman, we could not have selected a better place to stay than the Grandview Condominiums. Our stay was definitely enhanced by the lodging due to its pleasant staff, well-appointed amenities, convenient location and the actual condo itself. This was a perfect accommodation that I will recommend to family, friends and strangers alike!

Max, the manager, took the time to give us an explanation to make navigating the island, local restaurants and sightseeing very easy. We enjoyed all of the great places that possessed a “local flare” as suggested, as well as, some of the tourist sites. It made our trip extraordinary to be able to interact and feel like a family relocating versus just vacationing.

The condo amenities allowed us to walk to the local grocery store, buy fish at the fish market and cook incredible meals for my family of which I greatly enjoy. Some may want to just sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful views at Grandview, which is easy to do. For me, I enjoyed learning the local cuisine, cooking wonderful/fresh meals and building memories with my daughters in the kitchen that I will treasure forever. Recapping our daily excursions over the dinner table, will cement the moments in all our minds.

Leaving the Grandview and the island was very difficult. We immediately settled in like it was our home and never felt like tourists at any time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate all that everyone did to make our stay an experience of a lifetime.

Thank You,
Jacqueline Rose

I can honestly say that my time at the Grandview Condos was the best vacation of my life. The location, amenities, staff and overall experience was fantastic. I would recommend to anyone looking for the most relaxing time of their life to stay a week or more at the Grandview. I know I will return with my family for many years to come.
