I got my first debit card from Cayman National Bank and the service that came with it was so commendable. I ordered something on Amazon.com one day and it wasn’t less than two hours later when I recieved an email for a Card Services representative asking for confirmation on a purchase made. I mean, talk about fast! Who doesn’t like that kind of service? When I saw an unknown charge on my account statement, I emailed them and no sooner did I recieve a reply from Monique Jefferies, a customer service agent who helped me alot and even offered to fax me the forms needed to dispute the charge. That’s the kind of dedication I look up to!
